Bring your teen, your nephew, or your best friend’s daughter to this fun and informal yoga class designed for a pair: one t(w)een & one adult.

Deepen your bond with your t(w)een while introducing them to the practice of yoga.

We’ll begin with breathwork, then move on to traditional yoga poses, many adapted for exploration as partners.

No yoga experience necessary! Beginners welcome!

Class is limited to 4 pairs, so register early!

Registration fee: $30 for one adult + one t(w)een

* The class is designed for one adult accompanied by one t(w)een. T(w)eens aged 11 - 17 are welcome!

The Journey to Tree

Tree Pose is a wonderful way to cultivate equanimity, balance, and poise.

As we move into a colder and windier season, we’ll use Tree pose to explore how to find a sense of grounding and ease in your body and breath.

This class will focus on the journey to Tree Pose with an emphasis on the shoulders, hips, and feet. We’ll finish the class with a spacious guided relaxation.
