Hi! I’m Larissa.

My yoga practice has shifted and evolved, especially during recovery from a brain injury. I found that incorporating a chair into my yoga practice was invaluable to help me keep moving despite balance challenges.

A chair can add more challenge or more support to your yoga practice. It’s a fantastic way to explore yoga and grow your confidence, and feel stronger and more stable in your body.

I am so excited to share this class with you!

“I am surprised by how adaptive chair yoga is and that it provides a better stretch and strength building opportunity than I thought it might. I feel I am able to achieve benefits that I don't in traditional standing poses as the chair eliminates concerns about balance, such as when doing warrior poses. I feel that I am building strength that will likely help to improve my balance.”  - Linda, Explore Yoga 1 class participant
