Hi! I’m Larissa.
My yoga practice has shifted and evolved, especially during recovery from a brain injury. I found that incorporating a chair into my yoga practice was invaluable to help me keep moving despite balance challenges.
A chair can add more challenge or more support to your yoga practice. It’s a fantastic way to explore yoga and grow your confidence, and feel stronger and more stable in your body.
I am so excited to share this class with you!
