REFUND POLICY: To provide individualized attention and to build community, we keep class sizes small. Because your fee reserves your spot in the class for the session, registration fees are non-refundable.
MISSED CLASSES: Because your registration fee saves your spot in the class for the entire session, refunds and prorating are not available for missed classes. Larissa offers the option to make-up classes if space is available in other classes.

This is a trauma-informed class but is not intended to address trauma itself.
Variations and choices are offered throughout the class.
You can expect time spent flowing through movements, as well as time spent deconstructing common yoga asana so you have an understanding of the alignment and anatomy of common poses.
Participants of all ages are welcome, as well as those who are plus-size or in bigger bodies, LGBTQIA+ students, and those who don’t feel comfortable going to larger yoga studios.
Hi! I’m Larissa.
My yoga practice has shifted and evolved, especially during recovery from a brain injury. I find coming back to the basics again and again a wonderful way to build and deepen my yoga practice.
I love sharing yoga with those who are new to yoga or who are interested in coming back to the basics. I believe that anyone can practice yoga, and it is my job as a teacher to share different variations and ways of practising so that you can build a yoga practice that fits your body and your life.
I am so excited to share this class with you!
