Are you stressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed?

Are you craving space in your week to take a break from your to-do list?

Restorative yoga is a wonderful antidote.

Restorative yoga can:

  • Reduce overall body tension and relieve tight muscles

  • Bring a feeling of openness to the neck, shoulders, back, and hips

  • Improve clarity and focus

  • Support your nervous system

  • Help you feel more rested and refreshed

This is a quiet yoga practice that is wonderful all on its own, or can be a complement to your active lifestyle on rest days.

Please note, this class includes longer holds (supported with yoga blankets and bolsters) and periods of silence.

If you are looking for strengthening or a more active class, you might consider Explore Yoga.

Hi! I’m Larissa.

Restorative yoga is one of my favourite things to practice and to teach. It has been a steady companion for me through grief and brain injury recovery. And as someone living with chronic pain, Restorative yoga has become an essential part of my self-care toolkit.

I am a student of Judith Hanson Lasater—who is considered the “Queen of Restorative Yoga”, am certified as a Level 2 Relax and Renew® teacher, and have assisted in Judith in her Relax and Renew® Level 1 training.

Restorative yoga is a deeply therapeutic practice. I am so excited to share it with you.
