Gentle & Restorative Yoga Combo Class
with Larissa D’Silva

Thursdays from 11:30—12:45pm

Need a break in your week? We’ll begin with thirty minutes of gentle movement, followed by a relaxing and calm restorative yoga practice.

This class focuses on the needs of students who are:

  • Experiencing fatigue, persistent pain, or stress

  • Post-surgery or post-injury, and looking to ease back into movement after being given the ok by their care team

  • Craving a slow and quiet yoga practice

  • New to yoga

The goals of this class are to:

  • Reduce stress levels through slow, mindful movement, gentle breathing, and relaxation

  • Improve how your joints move and feel

  • Increase body awareness

A typical class will begin reclined, with a focus on breath. We’ll slowly introduce gentle movements and stretches for about thirty minutes. We’ll then support our body with blankets and yoga bolsters in comfortable Restorative yoga shapes to help relieve excess tension and muscle tightness.

There will be no weight-bearing on wrists or knees in this class (e.g., lunges, downward dog), and most of the class will be spent low to the floor. Variations and options are always offered, and students are welcomed and encouraged to listen to what their body needs in each moment.

*This slow-paced class is accessible for anyone who can comfortably get down onto the floor.

I care deeply about working with people who feel stuck or frustrated with movement.

I’m a Level 1 Relax and Renew® teacher and certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) who specializes in working with people who have persistent pain, stress, and chronic health issues.

My intention is to support you in feeling more comfortable with your body so you can enjoy moving!

  1. Fill out the registration form below

  2. E-transfer $80 to Larissa at hello@threecircleswellness.com to confirm your spot

  3. You will receive a class confirmation ASAP (at the latest within 24 business hours).

REFUND POLICY: Registration fees are non-refundable. To provide individualized attention and to build community, we keep class sizes small. Because your fee reserves your spot in the class for the session, registration fees are non-refundable.

MISSED CLASSES: Because your registration fee saves your spot in the class for the entire session, refunds and prorating are not available for missed classes. If you miss a class please contact Larissa if you’d like to attend one of her online classes as a make-up.
