Learn how the simple practices of restorative yoga, breath, and stillness can shift your body and mind.
In restorative yoga we use blankets, blocks, and yoga bolsters to create support for the body. When we are comfortable and feel supported, we can slowly start to unwind excess tension and stress.
This class is accessible to anyone who can get down onto the floor. Class will include gentle breath work, as well as different restorative yoga set-ups. Please bring a yoga mat (and eye pillow/face cloth, if you wish to cover your eyes). Everything else will be provided.
Everyone is welcome. No experience is needed. This pop-up class is being offered in-person at the Varsity Clinic.
