want to improve your balance, strength and mobility
live with stress, persistent pain, tension, or a health conditions or illness
want to feel better during your favourite activities, whether it’s biking, gardening, golf, or daily life
This slow-paced class is accessible for anyone who is able to comfortably get down onto the floor. Everyone is welcome. No experience is needed.
