Relax your body, refresh your mind & renew your spirit.
When we create space within ourselves, we are able to listen and attune more deeply to the natural rhythms within. This brings balance and healing.
Spend an afternoon nourishing yourself with a balanced and meditative practice and gather tools for moving through the Fall season with more grace & ease:
• Gentle movements to release tension in the body.
• Yoga Nidra & meditation to balance the mind & emotions.
• Tools & simple routines for creating more balance through the fall season
Yoga is about developing a relationship with ourselves and learning to listen to the wisdom that dwells within us. This workshop will give us the time and space to do just that.
